岩内中心部の交差点角にあるラーメン屋さん🍜 お店は古く、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない。 店内は薄暗く、カウンター、メニューなどベタベタしています。 ラーメンは、ジャンボ塩ラーメンを頼みました。 中華鍋をカンカン振り、豪快に火をあげ調理する姿を見ながら出来あがりを待ちます。 シンプルな具材でラードに覆われた熱々のラーメン。モヤシもシャキっと食感も良い。 価格も良心的で、普通に美味しいラーメンでした。

2年越しの来店。雰囲気はバッチリだけど期待したたのと違った。 駐車場のこと聞いたらいやいや教えてくれた感じ。 メニューは塩、ミソ、醤油のラーメン、チャーシュー麺、ワンタン麺とそれの大。あとお子さまサイズにライスの大中小、そしてチャーハン。 ギョウザやから揚げは無し。 麺は硬めとスープはいい感じでした。 オヤジさんが一人でやってるのでギョウザやから揚げまでは手がまわらないのかも。

Delicious Miso/Pork Ramen. I traveled from Okinawa to visit family and had a craving for noodles. I arrived early and waited. They welcomed me politely and the service was outstanding. I went there both days during my visit. I definitely recomend thia place and look forward to my next visit...
