Cafe Mano — Restaurant in Izumi

Made a booking days prior, however upon arriving they made us wait 10mins to be seated, then we're told the only menu is the one available online despite pictures on google under the business showing a vast array of breakfast options, we then decide to order coffee and no food and the waitress has the audacity to come out after wasting our time for 15mins at this point stating that we can't only order coffee at a business literally called "CAFE Mano" all because we booked (even though they made us wait 10mins for a table we supposedly booked for) and that I must order one of the three extreemly skimpy menu items that look like a complete rip-off with next to no food on the plate going their pictures alone. Not to mention the parking situation is cramped and disjointed, just like the restaurants seating arrangement. Cafe Mano? More like Cafe Madness - avoid...

まず、小学生からしかポイントがつきません… しかも、その旨は記載されておらず、来店して食事が終わる頃、席に店員さんが来て、その事を言われます… こちらは、ポイントがつくと思い、その分以上の注文をしています。それなら、ムリして、気を使って、たくさん注文しなければ良かった… ちなみに、3歳の子供も小学生の子とまったく同じメニューを注文し、食べています。(ハンバーグのセットなので1000円は越えています) ポイントがつかないことを書いていないのも問題ですが、せめて！来店したときに伝えるべきだと思います。 しかも、予約時に表示される『お店からのお知らせ』には、駐車場の事やお祝い事の事は記載されてます。 そこにポイントがつかないことも記載するべきです。 店員さんはホットペッパーは予約時に子供や大人を選択できないので。と言ってましたが、記載できる場所があるのできちんと伝えるべきです。 席に言いに来るということは、お客に伝えるべき事項だという認識があるはずです。 全ての店舗を確認しているわけではありませんが、他の店舗さんはちゃんと記載してあります！ はじめからわかっていれば、『そぉなんや～、残念…』ぐらいにしか思いません

あと、子供を連れて行く人は注意です！！！ 子供が、置いてある照明に近づいて見ていたら、奥から、マスクもしていない男の人がでてきて、子供に近づき怒鳴ってきます！！マスクもしてないので、まず、近づかないでほしいし、別に子供たちも走り回ったり、大声でギャーギャー言ってたわけでもありません！！子供歓迎的な感じで書いてあるのに最悪です！！！！！絵本も用意してます♪って書いてあるのに、絵本を取りに行くことさえ気を使います…また、マスクをつけてない男の人が怒鳴りにくるんじゃないかとビクビクです… そんなんなら、初めから絵本も置かないでほしいし、子供も禁止にすればいいのに… こちらは、子供連れなので書いてある情報をよく読んで、ポイントのことや、子供連れでも大丈夫か等考え、お店を選んでます。 しかも、go to...
