質の良いお寿司を長年作り続けるお寿司屋さん。 テイクアウトでしか頂いたことはないですが、臭みが一切ないネタ1つ1つへの包丁技術は、圧巻✨ガリと割り箸は、資源の削減対象になっていました。割り箸は人数分つけてもらいました。 ■上にぎり 1人前 2,750円 3人前で、注文。 ワサビは多め。9種類のネタは大きく大満足。出船寿司さんの卵は、ご飯が中に入っている独自スタイル。 卵の中にもワサビが入ってます。 シャリは白くて、お米も美しい。 イカは美しい反り、コリッコリの食感になる仕様になってました。 ネタの特性に合わせた食べやすさの表現には、感動止まらず。数年ぶりのテイクアウトともあり、お家での食事が華やかなものになりました。 変わらない美味しいお寿司、ご馳走様でした🥂
