They lied to us about the drink being included in the set. We were 4 people including a Japanese speaking person and they blatantly said the drinks were included and then they said "oh no we didn't say that". We were the only table in the whole restaurant and when they served the food they didn't even put cutlery or napkins, we had to grab them from other tables. And when they saw us doing this they didn't even come to help. The pizza was a joke the drinks had too much ice and barely taste. As a cherry on top, after we found out they lied about the set, at least we had the 100¥ discount from Panorama Park and we intended to use it and the cashier charged us without it and pretended we didn't have it. We had to grab the ticket and sum up the total so they would do the addition right. Basically they tried to take advantage of us in every way possible. Worst service in Japan by far. (Btw my mom and dad wanted to share a pizza and they wouldn't let my mom sit there if she didn't...

Worst customer service and food quality we have had in Japan. They don’t let us use the outlet on the wall to charge my phone. The outlet is just next to the desk: No reason and just no.

And their food is even worse. I doubt that their pizza was not fully cooked. The pork in the pasta was stinky. My stomach is not feeling well afterwards.
