Not just the carefully brewed tea, but each utensil is an artwork of its own. Tea is brewed three times and they brought out a different cup each time, with the cups being stunning craftworks from around the hokuriku region. Make sure to order wagashi with the tea as well.

The whole wabi sabi atmosphere is captivating. It is my first experience of Japanese blend tea, which is very different from the western style. The simple yet balanced taste emphasizes the original characteristics of the tea itself. Truly an enjoyable moment!
