市内から吉野に向かう坂の途中(左手)にあります。外装は年季が入っており、気になっていましたが、評判をみて入店。 麺は太く、鹿児島の味で汁は甘め。総じて非常においしいです。 そば定食は～30代は大盛の方が満腹になる量です。定食はかき揚げにキビナゴの天ぷらとご飯がついて満足。奥さんはうどん定食を食べましたが、北九州人に合うような太麺の柔らか麺になります。 人も多く来店されており、知る人ぞ知るお店ですね。外見に惑わされず行って食べてみるのをオススメしますよ！

水族館の後のランチでうどん・そばでググって近くにあったので、行きました。 外からみたお店はちょっと小汚ない感じだったので、大丈夫かな➰と思い入店。店内は普通にレトロな感じで、メニューは壁に貼ってあるのでそれをみて注文します。 そば定食を注文しましたが口コミ通りキビナゴの天ぷらめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです(もちろん、かき揚げもそばも美味しかった) 娘は肉うどん。これも美味しかったそうです。
