Coffee Izumi — Restaurant in Kagoshima

Worst cafe in Japan so far from my multiple trips in Japan in 10 years.

Disappointed from the rating found from Google. Real overrated.

it seems to be good when displaying several jar of coffee beans. But the served hot dripped coffee was lighter than what it should be expected from hand dripped (Ethiopia beans and Colombia beans).

The seller with eye-glasses could not speak English at all and shown sign of fustration upon facing difficulties in communication with shout to us. Not sure if he gave the normal coffees that as it should be to us but we paid over ¥1,000 for 2 cups of coffees which is closely to hot water infused light...

Great smooth coffee plus a very chilled relaxing ambiance. The owner was friendly to us and treated the coffee brewing process with care. I love the brownie I had. Reminded me of a Japanese (light) version of the Austrian...
