It was a very nice experience! It's a popular conveyor belt sushi chain, and this was my first visit! The service was very nice. We didn't interact with the staff very much, even when it was time to pay our bill. A nice self-checkout kiosk was available, so we used it to pay. Our Japanese is somewhat limited, so this was a convenient option for foreigners or shy people. The food was decently good. We really enjoyed the menu items we ordered, but we thought that the menu was somewhat limited compared to some other conveyor belt sushi chains. There were many items to choose from, just not as many as we were expecting. Orders arrived at your table via a color system. If your table color was pink, then your orders would arrive on link trays. This was to hopefully keep people from taking from your order as it arrived at your table via the slow conveyor belt. All that said, it was a great visit and I would absolutely visit again. I think this is a pretty cool sushi chain, and I love the conveyor belt gimmick. I would recommend it to my friends and family, and hopefully I can bring some of my own...

When your in Japan the best way to savor it's flavors is by eating local.. if your looking for a Sushi restaurant fun, chill, laid back atmosphere & yet a modern vibe with the combination of great customer care & conveyor service. Sushiro is the place. They have a ton of options not just limited to Sushi. The price starts at 120yen per plate. You can taste the different types of fishes from different provinces & they are fresh as you can still taste the sea. From premuim Tuna, Salmon, Scallops, Squid and Octopus you name it morelikely they have it. My go to Sushi's are Premium Otoro Sushi, Premium Red meat tuna Sushi, the 3 types of Tuna Sushi from different provinces, Salmon Basil with cheese is my fav I can't get enough of it. Fatty Mackerel Sushi, Shrimp Basil cheese. Terriyaki Eel sushi. The flavors are exquisite succulent that makes you wanna have more. The way you order is by the smart touch screen tv by your table which you'll enjoy as if your playing a game & their is a game that you can play. 味もまぁまぁだし、席も多い。 そこそこ静かな環境で食事出来る。 カウンターには透明な仕切りもあるので 飛沫対策も出来ることはしているようだ。 不満点は据え置きの調味料の選択肢が 少ない、箸が備え付きの箸しかなく 袋に入った割り箸もあれば選択肢があり なおいい。衛生的な面で気になる人は 気になるから。私も気にするタイプ。

私は慣れてるから平気だが、 初見の高齢者男性1人客が受付機の前で 四苦八苦していた。受付機横のレジに 従業員が常に待機していれば高齢者も 心強いだろうに。そこはかなり 気になったかな。スーパーなどでも セルフレジなどでは常にひとり従業員が 高齢者客を見守っている。 寿司屋だろうが高齢者一人客はいるわけで。 人的リソース割いてでも1人は 常駐した方がよいと 思うが。無人は残念。

基本的にはまぁまぁいい店かと思うが。
