森海 — Restaurant in Kakamigahara

The best sushi I have had in my life for under 5000 yen. You get very premium quality ingredients that I have never seen before in Singapore, including the monk fish liver that tastes like foie gras. Also the fatty tuna is so creamy. I went back the next day for lunch and the chef offered a brand new selection of Omakase.

知人より、紹介ありまして初めて来店しました。事前に、下調べしてありましたから少々、迷いましたが無事に、到着、本当に、お寿司屋なのか？趣の有る建物、店内も同様素敵なお店ですね。取り敢えず、9個の方を注文、青魚系からスタートして赤身、味の濃い物、最後、締め系には、定番、安いネタの味見と玉子でフィニッシュって感じで注文しました。ネタは、大きめで美味しかったです。それと、味噌汁が美味しですね、うずらの玉子が入ってるって情報がありましたからどんな形なのか？思っていましたら…想像とちょっと違っていましたが安くてとても美味しいですね。後、このシステムがやはり、最高なのでは？少し、店が忙し過ぎてやっつけ仕事感がありましたが両者に、とってウィンウィンみたいなちょっと高い、回らないくるくる寿司、注文も簡単、食事が終わればさっさと帰り、次のお客さんみたいな回転が早くて沢山のお客さんに対応出来るとても良いシステムのお店ですね。この、クオリティでこの値段なら、是非、ネタが沢山有るう...
