掛川にある、静岡県内で非常に高い人気を誇る炭火焼きハンバーグレストランの一軒です。昼食や夕食の時間帯であれば、入店だけでも最低30分は待たなければならず、スムーズに入店・食事を楽しむのであれば、その時間帯を避けて利用することを強くお勧めします。 料理の見た目こそ、他のハンバーグレストランでも見られるような盛り付けで、特段『さわやか』ならではの盛り付けは見られません。しかしその味はレストランの高い人気の通り素晴らしく、それに加えて食感は硬すぎず柔らかすぎず程よい弾力で絶妙でした。肉とソースの組み合わせも素晴らしく、全て計算されつくされたような料理だと思います。材料にこだわっているのは勿論、料理にかける手間暇も多分にあると思います。そのため、注文から給仕までやや時間を要します。空いている時間であっても、厨房では大忙しである様子が窺えました。 スタッフの接客対応も素晴らしかったです。注文の際も焼き方の提案は勿論、食後の焼き加減を尋ねてくることも忘れません。熱々の鉄板に盛り付けられる以上、油はどうしてもはねてしまいますが、必ず給仕の数分前にそのアナウンスをしてくれます。各テーブルにはスタッフを呼ぶためのブザーは設置されていないため、手を挙げるなどしてスタッフを呼ぶ必要がありますが、総じてこのレストランのサービスは素晴らしいと感じました。 レストランの立地上、基本的に車で訪れることになります。駐車スペースは充分にあるものの、特に休日の昼食時間帯ではすぐに満車になることに注意が必要です。
