サリーナ — Restaurant in Kanazawa

I found this small pizzeria tucked in a narrow alley of Korinbo on Google Maps just before 8 PM and decided to call them ahead, asking if the pizza was available for takeout. They asked how many servings I'd like to order and when I'd come before answering that takeout was available. I arrived there 10 minutes after calling but found out the close sign was put on. I went inside and told them that I had called earlier for takeout. Fortunately, they let me in. I ordered a M size of margherita and a quattro formaggi, and it cost 4,000-ish JPY. The wood oven is a spectacular sight inside the restaurant, and I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the pizza. My order was ready in 5 minutes. The pizza tasted so good since I prefer Italian-style pizza. I looked at the website, and it was mentioned that this restaurant is certified by the Napoli Pizza...

Eu nunca tinha comido pizza napolitana e realmente deu pra sentir a diferença na qualidade e no sabor. É a melhor massa de pizza que já comi até hoje na vida 😅 a massa em si já é saborosa, o molho de tomate também estava maravilhoso, de qualidade, bem equilibrado.

Os sabores são mais simples, diferente do padrão que estamos acostumados no Brasil ou até no Japão mesmo, das pizzas de rede. Pedimos uma margherita e uma genovese. Preferi a margherita, a qualidade e sabor do queijo também é excelente. Eu não conhecia, mas o molho genovese é uma espécie de molho pesto, não é meu favorito pra pizza.

A massa tem uma espessura mais fina, para o jantar em 2 pessoas que comem razoavelmente bem, dá pra comer 2 pizzas médias inteiras 😅

O ponto de atenção é que a pizzaria fecha assim que termina a quantidade de massa do dia, não tem um horário fixo de fechamento ou pedido ilimitado. Visitamos em uma quarta-feira da Golden Week (abril de 2025), chegamos por volta de 18h45, a pizza foi servida rapidamente depois do pedido. Quando saímos às 19h30, já tinha uma placa de que estava fechado porque tinha acabado a massa do dia.

O local é pequeno e não tem muitas mesas, pra grupos maiores talvez seja melhor reservar. O atendimento foi ótimo e eles...

went there for 2 times in a day, for lunch and dinner. tats how good their pizza is. their thin crust dough is chewy and crispy . they uses woodfire oven to cook their pizza near the entrance. if you are afraid of the cold, please sit upstairs and downstairs seating is on the floor. Otherwise, the pizza and the ice cream is a MUST to order. fyi, the exterior of the shop is dark...
