Wrote our names on the waiting list before the shop was opened. But were confused which shop was it and went to Itaru next door to queue, went in and realise the menu is different. Apologised to the waiter and we went back next door - luckily they only called the first group in, our names were on the second of the list.
Went in, ordered & served with side dishes we ordered - deep fried tofu and bone crackers. Both dishes were great!
We also ordered the blackthroat fish rice bowl each but wasn’t very impressed by the flavour of the sauce in the rice - could have been more flavourful. The fish is soft and smooth - not tough and dry kind.
For the price, maybe I expected abit more fish than this. Overall, if I have to queue and wait for more than 20 mins, I wouldn’t have came.
But this time round we didn’t had to wait long because we were early to write our names...

(Is nearly like salted fish). It cannot eat alone with it. Picked mackerel in bran = taste is just like salted fish. Luckily I ordered a vegetable salad to eat with the picked mackerel fish. 😂 The is very few type of side dishes.

White shrimp kakiage tempura was excellent, but okemori sashimi for 2 at 2,600yen was just ok. Miso soup made from fish bones was just very salty and had no fish dashi flavour at all.
