Balaji Indian Restaurant — Restaurant in Kanazawa

This is easily my favorite Indian restaurant in Japan so far. The food was extremely delicious. The chicken curry was as smooth as makhan. I also loved the spices that enhanced the taste. The naan was soft, didn't turn into rubber after a while like the other places.

The meal sets are great, very filling and you can also ask for a repeat of naan or basmati rice. Though I doubt you'll be able to eat more than one.

The owner of the restaurant is a great chef and very friendly. He taught us a few things about Japanese culture from his years of experience.

近所に出来たインド（？）カレーのお店。気にはなっていたのですが駐車場が狭く、一杯で入れそうにないなと諦めたことも。 この日は空いていたのでチャンスだと思い入店。もちろんこういうお店につきもののカレーセットがあって、いつもならカレー２種のタンドリーつきみたいのを頼むのですが、セットにはないスパイシーディアカレー？鹿？チキンバターガーリックスパゲッティ？インド料理店でパスタ？と気になるものが多すぎて両方単品で注文しました。鹿は何度か食べたことありましたが、硬くてクセのある肉という印象でしたが柔らかっ！クセないっ！パスタうんめぇ！チキンもボリュームあって皮も美味しい！大満足でした。 お会計はそれなりにいきましたが、もうちょっと頼んだら食べ放題の料金とほぼ変わらなくなるので、次は食べ放題で他の気になる料理を食べたいと思います。 ほほ年中無休とのことで、大みそかも正月もやってらっしゃるとのこと。 近所の穴場として紹介したくない気もしますが繁盛して長く続けて欲しいので普段あまり口コミ書きませ...
