Excellent Coffee, Jun is a master of his craft. He roasts the coffee to perfection to bring out all the nice flavours while balancing the acidity. Not only that, he will cater to your taste preference wether you like a dark or light roast he has it all.

The coffee itself is steamed to perfection with a really nice silky mouthfeel and full of flavour. I really enjoyed his drip coffee too, I find it quite hard to make but he made it so expertly it was not bitter at all. I would recommend trying the ethiopian single origin.

I’d also love to mention that his wife makes these really tasty vegan treats, they’re also gluten free and go nicely with the coffee.

If you’re a coffee lover please pay him a visit!! The prices are really reasonable for the amount of work that goes into it all. It’s a small space, yet cozy and with a cool atmosphere.

預計要從金澤站西口搭13:20的小松機場直達巴士。 吃完午餐、流連忘返完姐妹公園，搭巴士的時間迫在眉睫，我卻非常想去在Goole Map上發現的GOOD4LIFE36Cafe，於是無視朋友的時間提醒，硬是一路快步來到了這裡。 緊張的朋友遠遠看到店面和粉紅金龜小車，立刻大喊好可愛！完全把「搭飛機會來不及」這事拋到九霄雲外。 店內空間雖小，卻極為整潔雅致，而且處處有細節，都好好看。 長髮披肩的型男老闆問，「台灣來的嗎？」太強！竟然分辨得出我們的口音。原來老闆有位常客是住在東京的台灣人。 點了冰咖啡兩杯，立刻被櫃檯的雪球餅乾給吸引。老闆說，是妻子的手作甜點，標榜沒添加乳製品等。實在太誘人，馬上捧場買了好幾袋。 因為時間不夠無法久待多聊，回程路上連跑帶走，不忘大口喝下手沖冰咖啡，相當清爽。老闆說豆子都是自家烘焙，下次要來試試熱咖啡。 結果，果然為了這杯咖啡沒趕上機場巴士，但不致於錯過飛機。改搭電車轉巴士還是順利抵達機場。很開心在最後的最後，有金澤這杯好咖啡相伴。
