Kanazawa Miso Ramen Hide — Restaurant in Kanazawa

I will definitely go back here since I don't have the stomach space to order all the things I wanted in one go. Firstly, the ramen is a miso based ramen. Very hearty, a bit on the salty side, but solid. The noodles are a bit thicker than I'm used to, but since the broth is a little bit saltier, I think it goes well. I bought the one with flavored egg. Second, there's free seasoned spicy sprouts you can nibble on. Third, gyoza is handmade every day. Didn't order it, but it's on the to do list. Fourth, they have this very interesting looking black fried rice...it's a mystery but I want to try it anyway. Many people ordered. Very busy place- has a constant flow of customers...I kept hearing people order "Ebi Miso", which I thought meant "shrimp miso", but it looks like it's a smaller size of...

近いのでよく行きます。私のオススメは芳醇味噌ラーメン。王道と少し外れますが、美味しい。 火曜日が学生の日で、木曜日が女性の日、それぞれサービスがあります。 もやしのナムルが無料ですが、悪くなっている時が多いので(特に夏)、先に少し様子見してからの方が良いです。美味しくないなって思ったら、無理せず…。曜日によって夜限定ラーメンもあります。鬼油チーズそばを注文したのですが、前回はかかっていなかった七味がかかっており、辛いのが得意ではないので困りました（2回しか注文したことがないので、どちらが正解かはわからず）。追加トッピングの海苔も乗っておらず…。 野菜増しのトッピングは、もやしのトッピングのみです。キャベツなどを期待して注文するとがっかりです。 麺があんまり美味しくないのは残念ですが、芳醇味噌ラーメンのスープが美味しい。 接客は非常に感じが良いです。 もう少し清潔感を出して、衛生管理をきちんとしてほしいところ。 スタンプカードはとてもお得。

久々に行ったが、相変わらずの衛生具合。 もやしのナムルは冷蔵庫で管理するようになったようで、以前はしょっちゅう腐っていたが、改善の兆しを感じました。 しかし、席に置いてあった小皿は全部汚れており、隣の席の小皿も見ましたが、そっちも全部ダメ。ショウジョウバエの死骸や、黒いゴミが付着していることが多いので、気にしていなくても目に入ってきます。 やっぱり飲食店としては衛星管理が1番大切だと思うので、行くのを躊躇ってしまいます。

ただ、からあげ本舗とのコラボの旨塩唐揚げは美味しかったです。店内では食べられないと聞いてガッカリしましたが、後で食べようと買って帰って大正解でした。唐揚げ2個でご飯がとにかく進んで、夕ご飯はそれで十分なくらいです。唐揚げはまたリピートしようと思っています。
