我們在金澤的這家法式餐廳，享受了美好的晚餐。這是一對夫妻經營的餐廳，先生主廚，太太待客。餐廳內部雅緻而溫暖，色調溫暖，在寒冬中更是暖和怡客。朋友點了非常可口的菜餚，烘烤起司球、鮭魚前菜，黃金花椰菜湯，starter是石鱸，主餐是香菇燉石川牛肉，甜點是冷熱巧克力，最後上咖啡及小甜點(瑪德蓮及Kiwi軟糖)。每一道都細緻而可口，味道美得恰到好處。非常完美的一餐，令人印象深刻，滋味無限的美好。我們最後拜託店主太太幫忙拍照，她堪稱專業地為我們設置背景、選擇角度，為我們留下最美好的回憶。我們高度推薦這家餐廳。

We had a wonderful dinner at this French restaurant in Kanazawa. This is a restaurant run by a husband and wife, the husband cooks and the wife treats guests. 誕生日のプチお祝いとして連れて行ってもらいました。 他のレビュー通りとても丁寧でおいしいフレンチでした。 ディナーで6000円ぐらいの低い方のコースを食べました。低い方のコースでしたがすごくおいしかったです。 予約で先に甲殻類アレルギーを伝えてあったので対応していただきました。 自分を含め他に2組のお客さんがいましたが静かにゆっくり食事できました。 他のレビューに時間に余裕をもってとありますが、前菜からデザートまで２時間ぐらいだったのでそこまで時間は気になりませんでした。 しっかりした丁寧なフレンチを食べたいならここはおススメです。...

お店の前を通る時にシェフが店の外までお客さんをお見送りする姿を度々見掛けていて、素敵なお店なんだろうな。と、思っていました。
