For reservations, send a message on Instagram. ②How to order Choose a course from sushi, sushi and snacks, or half sushi at the time of reservation. Additional a la carte items can be ordered in addition to the course. ③Payment method Exit the restaurant and pay through the small window on the right side of the observation deck. Credit cards are accepted in addition to cash.

◎Aorii Squid Noto's bluefin squid. It has a delicious sweetness that is hard to believe it is squid.

◎Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp) Kanazawa sweet shrimp, fresh and shiny.

◎Sawara The Sawara is very fresh and easy to be damaged.

◎Spanish Mackerel Japanese Spanish Mackerel from Toyama. The small, crispy flesh is delicious and has no odor.

◎Sardine Sardines from Noto. The elegant fat is irresistible. My personal No.1 in the course.

◎Macro Red Meat Macro red meat is marinated in soy sauce based sauce and served. The degree of pickling is exquisite.

◎Macro medium fatty tuna Macro fatty tuna from Aomori. Even so, the fat is not cloying and elegant, making it easy to eat.

◎Macro O-toro A fragile sushi that melts in your mouth in an instant.

2024年、わたしの夏休みは金沢です🌻 まさに、優勝なお寿司🍣🏆 立喰い鮨 優勝さん。

カウンター9席スタンディング。 予約して行きましたが、この日は平日だったのもありふらっと来るお客さんも多かったです☺️

このお寿司は美味しいやつだ…💕 と、初手のイカをみて思う。

北陸といえば白身のお魚のイメージですが、 鮪が二貫あるのも嬉しい！

そして海苔がうまい！ 生きてきた中でNo.1穴きゅうでした🥰好き❤️

金沢駅からバスに揺られ、きてよかった🚌✨ 今度はエアビーにでも泊まって、市場で魚を買ってもいいなぁなんて妄想していました🤔💗

寒くなってからの方がお魚は美味しいだろうから、 また秋〜冬に再来したい。

お隣さんとも仲良くお話していただいて、 のどぐろまでご馳走になりました🙏幸せです🤍 ̖́-‬

2024, my summer vacation is in Kanazawa🌻 Sushi that truly is a winner🍣🏆 Standing Sushi Champion.

9 standing seats at the counter. I made a reservation, but since it was a weekday, there were many customers who just dropped in☺️

This sushi is delicious...💕 I thought as I looked at the first piece of squid.

When you think of Hokuriku, you think of white fish, but I was happy to see two pieces of tuna!

And the seaweed was delicious!

It was the best anakkyu I've ever had in my life 🥰 I love it ❤️

I'm glad I took the bus from Kanazawa Station 🚌✨ Next time, I'm fantasizing about staying at an Airbnb and buying fish at the market 🤔💗

The fish will probably taste better when it gets cold, so I'd like to come back in autumn or winter.

I had a friendly chat with the person next to me, and even got treated to some Nodoguro 🙏 I'm so happy 🤍 ̖́-
