Never order online , worst service

I guess it depends on the day wether its the good staff or bad staff is there

I ordered on the app around 9:20 pm the it was suppose to arrive around 9:45 ( it never arrived ) i was left hanging without any word from the store staff

I regularly order here and its not the first time something like this happened , is it because the staff are lazy ?
