KARIYADO CAFE — Restaurant in Karuizawa

Nice restaurant that makes homemade bacon. Come just for the bacon, it's unreal. It has a nice smoky flavour, not too salty, and perfectly seasoned.

The hot burger with jalapeño was nice, but had far too much sauce. The whole wheat bun was delicious and had a more full bodied mouth feel than a typical brioche. The burger was well seasoned, and had all the fixings. It was a little light on lettuce for my taste which balances out the fatty meat.

The sauce overpowered the burger, and was too runny so it leaked everywhere. Looked like a murder scene 😱. They also put the tomato on the bin directly, which makes the bun slightly soggy. The tomato should be insulated from the bun

友達におすすめされたので来てみました。久しぶりのハンバーガー...!まずバンズが外カリカリ中フワフワでドタイプでした。少し肌寒いですが、冷たい空気の中のテラスでのhot chili?burger最高でした!お肉が美味しすぎて...バンズと相性抜群でした。 hot coffeeもプリン(今は巨峰)も美味しかったです。 お店の雰囲気もスタッフの方もとても良いのですが、ボリュームの割には少し高いのかな?と思いました いろんなわんちゃんお目にかかれて幸せな時間でした☺︎
