The food is average (slightly better than most themed cafes). The main issue is the service. The staff really need some basic training. No greeting when you walk in, don’t refill water. Those young staff they are lack of passion to serve their customers. And it’s rare in Japan becoz Japanese they like to act or pretend nicely even they don’t really think so.
