I was so happy I can try the delicious ramen at this little family owned shop.
Firstly of all, the owner is so nice and friendly. Despite I can't speak Japanese, they still try their best to explain and offer the good service. I ordered the soup ramen with local beer. The pork belly is so juicy, the egg is perfect, and the most important is the soup is so goood, which is soul of ramen. The soup they made is NOT salty and so I won't feel thirsty after clean it up. Surpirsingly good is they put some fresh apples at the ramen which like making some neutralization reaction with the soup and ramen.
I realize it is not easy for trouists to try their ramen as they only work for lunch hours and 5 days per week. That is why I am happy I'm able to take this opportunity to have a lunch there. Highly recommended for people...

Very unique ramen and tsukenen. We were recommended this place by a local resident.
Tried Ramen Tsukemen
Ramen ★★★★★ Amazing broth! Very tasty. The pork was nice and juicy. The noodles had a nice springiness to them. It was also paired with small cubes of apple which was quite interesting
Tsukemen ★★★★☆ Very unique mushroom based broth. The noodles also are very interesting. It is also paired with crunchy enoki and mild red peppers. I really liked this, but for me the noodles were a tiny bit hard.
And, in addition to this, the cafe is pet friendly! The chef also can speak English and is quite friendly.
Highly highly...
Read moreSo, so happy we happened upon this hidden gem! We were first attracted by their simple yet beautiful logo. When we saw they had tsukemen on the menu, we had to try it. The menu was small but that meant we got to try everything. And everything was unique and delicious. The ramen broth was rich but not overly so. And the noodles were chewy and perfect. The tsukemen had a mushroom broth that we’ve never tried before. We loved it. The crunchy mushrooms and peppers added amazing texture to the dish.
Would highly recommend during your stay...
