Natural Cafeína — Restaurant in Karuizawa

A nice place to stop by for a cup of hot coffee since outside is so much COLD. It's a bit hard to find the cafe since located a bit inside from the sidewalk, (cover by the small trees) just turn to upper left side after cross the road by the traffic light on the cross junction and u will found it. Had tried their speciality coffee and it's ain't cheap but it's so rich so consider a good experience. (The portion actually could make info 2 cups in total) The staff & owner are friendly and I got my coffee within 10min since there's not many customers not sure why others got bad experienced before or maybe there were there during peak hours or...

We came here 2 days in a row! We also saw this place from watching Terrace house. The service is amazing, very friendly staff. Helpful and speaks english if you need. The set menus during lunch were a little pricey for what it was. We thought it said ¥‎1,100 per set but it was really over ¥‎2,000 per set. So we paid more than we thought but thats ok.

If you're an ice coffee lover I highly recommend the coconut latte.

We had an array of food this afternoon as we arrived in town too late for lunch and many places were closed.

We had hot chocolate (decadent and smooth), coffee was good and there was a very wide tea selection.

We had an Açai bowl (super refreshing), chocolate cake, croissant and sweet potato pie. All delicious and could not be faulted.

The cafe interior is nice and comfy for a cold winter’s day and the owner has decked out the cafe in tropical deco with beautiful plants and succulents.
