A wide range of alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic. Mouth watering food I was treated to smoked fish it tasted wonderful with the smoke aroma, the meat was also spectacular. The ovacado dressing was a taste to carry the night away, the shrimp brought that tranquility.

初めて柏の葉キャンパスへ行ってきました。 18時頃、線路ガード下の柏の葉かけだし横丁という飲食店街を発見。 日曜日ということもあり、開店しているお店は比較的空いていましたが、横丁の奥の方に「燻製バル」というなかなか珍しい店名のコピーに惹かれて入店。

お店はカウンター8席の小さなお店。 生ビールは札幌ビール。 早速ビールとお通しのポトフで乾杯。 どうやら店主自ら市場に買い出しへ行き、良いものを揃えてその日の料理にしているようです。 野菜たっぷりのポトフは2月の寒い日には身体が温まりました。

その後、ホタテ、海老の燻製や、サーモンの燻製にブイヤベースソースが添えられたお料理が。 どれも丁寧でとても美味しい。

そしてメインの国産牛。テキサスバーベキュースタイルで、こんがり焼き上げたお肉はとても香ばしく美味しく頂きました。

とにかく明るい店主さんや他の常連さんとも楽しく飲ませていただきました。 思わずイチゴがチェイサーのテキーラで何回も乾杯を。

久しぶりに楽しいお店を発見したので、またつくばエクスプレスに乗った際には再訪確定です...
