川口駅の東口にある商業施設『かわぐちキャスティ』の4階にあるカフェです。川口駅の東口には比較的大きめのロータリーがありますが、駅と商業施設をつなぐ高架が設置されているため、信号などで待たされる心配もなく、また車椅子等の障碍を持つ方でも気軽にアクセスできるのが特徴です。 商業施設内の一角を活用したカフェであるため、店内はそれ程広くなく席数も30〜40席程度であり、ほとんどの客席が1〜2人向けの構成です。そのため、大人数での利用は不向きだと思います。一方で客席間の通路は（全てでは無いですが）それ程狭さを感じなかったため、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方やスーツケースなど大きな荷物を持つ方でも気兼ねなく利用できると思います。 商業施設の4階にあり、窓が川口駅東口のロータリーに面していることから、特に窓側は景色がよく、ゆったりくつろぎながら長居する客も多く見受けられます。そのため、特に休日は客の回転が鈍くなることが多くなることに注意が必要です。 給仕されるドリンクや料理の質及び種類、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のカフェ・ド・クリエと遜色ないように思います。また商業施設内にあるため、他のカフェのチェーン店に見られるような、早朝の営業はありません。

This is a cafe located on the 4th floor of "Kawaguchi CASTY," a commercial complex at the east exit of Kawaguchi Station. The east exit features a relatively large rotary, but there is an elevated walkway connecting the station and the commercial complex, allowing easy access without the need to wait at traffic lights. This also makes it convenient for wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments. Since the cafe is situated in a section of the commercial complex, the interior is not particularly spacious, with approximately 30–40 seats. Most of the seating is designed for one or two people, making it less suitable for large groups. However, the aisles between tables do not feel overly narrow (though not all of them are spacious), so wheelchair users and travelers carrying large luggage, such as suitcases, should be able to use the cafe comfortably. As the cafe is on the 4th floor and its windows face the rotary at the east exit of Kawaguchi Station, the window-side seats offer a nice view. Many customers take their time relaxing, especially by the windows. On weekends, this may result in slower table turnover, so be aware that you might need to wait for a seat. The quality and variety of drinks and dishes, as well as the service provided by the staff, are on par with other CAFÉ de CRIÉ locations. The cafe had nice menus but the seat aren't very spacious. Also, you can smell cigarettes from the non-smoking seats, which can be a problem for some. It's an appropriate place for a quick business meeting or a quick bite, but not the place you want to stick around too long,...
