I had dinners here a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staffs were accommodating and polite under pressure coz sometimes it could be very busy here. I tried their creamy mushroom spinach pasta, it’s new on their menu and they surely put a generous amount of spinach, mushroom and bacon on it....

店内の普通の通路でいきなり転倒しました。水が溢れていました。店員が少ないせいか誰も来ません。側のテーブルのボタンから呼んで拭かせましたが、拭き残しがあり再度呼びました。 詳細は省略しますが、6週間休業。 休業補償と医療費は弁済すると言うけど、何か規程があるようで、一部の治療費は却下され自腹を切っています。 100%店側が悪いのに辛い思いをしており、今後裁判をする方向です。 料理のコスパよく、利用してのに対応が残念。窓口の店長はキレて対応を途中からカスタマーセンターに投げ、そのカスタマーセンターでは申し訳ないを繰り返し、要望は聞くものの、聞くだけで解決に至りません。 企業理念を読みましたが、乖離し過ぎていて笑うしかないです。 普通に対応して欲しいだけでしたのに。他のファミレスと比較して床が滑りやすいので、お年を召した方はご注意を。対応し...
