This Gusto is SUPERB. I often dine here with my partner and it is always a 10/10 experience.

The staff are friendly and kind and are always pleased to help. Although meals are delivered by robots, staff are always around to assist if needed, and are often cleaning drink machines and clearing used tables to ensure cleanliness of the restaurant. When using the tablets to call staff to your table, they arrive quickly and with a smile on their face, ready to help😊😜. I am always pleased with the service provided by the staff at the Kawanishi-noseguchi Gusto branch.

Next, I will provide commentary on the food. Although Gusto is a chain restaurant, the quality and taste of the food is not diminished or sacrificed at all. After several occasions dining at this Gusto, I can confidently say that the food is ALWAYS and consistently, delicious and fresh. My favourite is the cheese-in hamburg steak which is always cooked perfectly and is paired with a delicous sauce - I would highly recommend trying this. There are really so many options to choose from ranging from pizza to udon noodles and there really is something to please everyone. In particular, I have to give a special mention to the desserts offered here. My partner and I have tried nearly every single dessert offered and have never been disappointed. Their pancakes are truly delicious and fluffy, perfectly paired with maple syrup, marscapone cream, chocolate sauce, and bananas; the warm, fresh, crispy, cinnamony apple pie with soft serve is TO DIE FOR; the churros are chewy and perfectly sweet and the chocolate cake is decadent and moist. I truly couldn't recommend the desserts enough!! The food here is always delivered hot and quickly - I really do not have a bad thing to say about the food at this Gusto.

There are often many free seats available, including a plethora of booth-style seats which are comfortable and spacious - perfect for a larger party of people or a family with children. There are also many plug sockets around, enabling you to charge your devices free of charge. The drinks bar is easy to locate, spacious and always fully stocked with delicious drinks and the restrooms are always clean and pleasant to use unlike some other public restrooms. The noise levels of the restaurant can vary depending on other customers but typically, it is a pleasant dining experience and the sort of noise level you would expect from a family-style establishment. I personally find this more endearing and relaxing than the rigidness and uncomfortability of eating in an utterly silent restaurant but perhaps the chatter wouldn't be well-suited for others who are more sensitive to sound.
