Kurashiki Coffee — Restaurant in Kawasaki

This is a cafe in the Kurashiki chain, located on the 3rd floor of the OPA department store. More upmarket (and more expensive) than some chains, service is provided at your table. There are a variety of coffee blends available, with a different coffee of the day. As the coffee served here is "Siphon" coffee, it is brewed and served in a Siphon, each of which will provide more than one cup. Desserts and food are also available, and the cakes and shaved ice are very tasty. Hot meals include toasted sandwiches and pasta etc as well as breakfast options. The drink and location was good but it took exactly 43 minutes to get my one matcha latte! People were canceling orders left and right and leaving as they didn’t get their ordered item within an hour....

GW中の午前中に伺いました。 いつもはお店の前に設置されている椅子に待っているお客さんがいっぱいいらっしゃっているのですが、その日は誰も並んでいなかったので、チャンスと思い入店。 すぐに案内されます。 まず、店内に入る前に設置されているアルコールで消毒を促されます。 消毒を済ませてから店内へ。 その日は席も空いているところがあったので好きな席に着席しました。 ちなみに座席にも消毒用のアルコールが置かれています。アクリル板の設置などは特になかったです。

GW中はメニューを絞っているようで、パフェはメニューにはありませんでしたので、濃厚冷やし抹茶ぜんざいをオーダーしました。 程なくすると運ばれてきましたので、実食。 構成はバニラソフトクリーム＋抹茶アイス＋粒餡＋さつまいも＋ポン菓子に抹茶ソースが添えられています。 正直あまり期待していなかったのですが、予想以上にしっかりしたお味です。 ポン菓子と抹茶ソースってすごく合うんですね。さつまいもも粒餡もたくさん入っていてとても満足しました。 バタバタと忙しそうでしたが、お店の人の対応も良かったです。 ただ、お昼ごろになると急に混み始めましたのでぜんざいを頂いてから早々に退散しました。...
