I have a Vietnamese background and whenever I am missing Vietnamese food, I go to Saigon! I can guarantee that the dishes are authentic, delicious and also quite affordable!! 😋
This restaurant also serves some dishes that you won't find in other Vietnamese restaurants in Tokyo. One example is "Bánh mì chảo", a dish from South Vietnam. Instead of serving the usual "Bánh mì" sandwich, the ingredients are served in a hot pan with all the delicious oil and fat. Then you use the bread to scoop the delicious mix from the pan!
The owner and waiter are also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for taking care of me during my multiple visits and I hope we can meet soon again!
Definitely a 5 star restaurant,...

Remember to ask for pakuchi though because they don't include it since Japanese people don't like pakuchi...
