Wide selection of stores and good dining options. Car parking is plentiful but traffic is hellish (especially leaving the area) due to bad traffic planning and just heavy traffic heading into Tokyo. What should be a 5-10 minute entry into the Aqualine becomes an hour long gridlock on weekends.
