This is my first time trying food from this restaurant.I usually choose not to eat at this restaurant because there is always a queue and many people in front of the restaurant. This time I came back to eat in the afternoon, so there were no people because it was not meal time.I was very disappointed because I ordered food in English and the staff tried to understand but it took a while. After she understood what I wanted to order, she turned around to giggle with another male staff member. I am quite sure that these two employees are not Japanese.
For the food section, I ordered the restaurant's recommended menu.Personally, I think the noodles are chewy and soft, but since they are served as cold noodles,When eaten with a very thick soup that is served not too hot,This makes the overall taste bad and...

Chinese noodles from Tomita Seimen, a popular restaurant in Matsudo Tsukemen is available in the food court.
I ordered tsukemen here.
This tsukemen has a rich soup Very delicious with pork bones and seafood.
It ’s a very rich soup,
Yuzu is added to the accent It has the effect of refreshing the inside of the mouth.
The noodles are countryside soba and fine udon noodles It looks like they are combined.
The noodles themselves have a chewy texture It goes well with rich soup GOOD 👍😋
You can't specify the serving of noodles, To Matsudo in the distance (quite far from me)
If you go and line up for a long time There are no restrictions.
The food court where this shop is located starts at 10:30
It's open, so if you go early, You can eat it.
When I went there was a couple before I was able to order immediately.
But at 11:30 there was a short line It was made and people were lined up.
On the way home, at the tables here and there
Tomita's Chinese soba I saw a person eating tsukemen.
Weekdays if you have the opportunity to go The most recommended is right after the food court opens.
Next, instead of tsukemen, try Chinese soba or rich Chinese soba I want to eat.
It was a feast....
Read moreThis is in the food court by the way one of the most awesome food courts, lots of famous brand name restaurants there. I had the special tsukemen meaning the dipping noodles with added meat and egg. The dipping sauce is so rich but there’s a hint of yuzu, love it. The noodles are thick and al dente. Perfect. After you are done you can go to the shop and add stock to the sauce and drink it as a soup. I was early so a very short line which moved quickly. Short wait for my noodles...
