Went to get some dessert with a family of 5 people where the tables were for 4 yet staff didn’t allow to put one more chair to the table. As a result of no flexibility from the cafe’s staff one family member got separated and had to sit outside in the cold.

It’s not a welcoming manner to treat guests that way, and letting one more person to sit at a “for only 4” table would not hurt anyone.

Regarding food and drinks no issues, got cake and it was pretty yummy!

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice contrast to the busy outlet crowds. Their cheesecake is superb—rich, creamy, and beautifully balanced. The iced coffee and lemonade were also refreshing and just what we needed after walking around in the heat.
