What a lovely gallery and cafe! The lunch set is unique: it's a set price for the salad, soup, and a drink, and a main dish is ¥500 extra. I ended up paying ¥1980 for the lunch set with a main dish; this is, of course, quite expensive for lunch. But the food was great quality, and it's a nice atmosphere, and the tableware is clearly not purchased from a mass producer. So if you don't mind spending, I'd recommend it. The galette is made from local buckwheat flour; while I've not had many galettes to compare it to, it was tasty. The menu has no English but has pictures. The gallery displays handmade tableware from individual artists as well as antiques from Europe (they are for sale). 数年前のことでしたが際のことです。 ご主人は物腰柔らかい方で、キュノワールに関しての知識を丁寧に教えてくださいました。せっかくだからお茶でもとカフェスペースへ。奥様らしき女性が注文を取りに来た際に、私は一人一品と思っていましたが、妻は自分がケーキを頼めばセットになるのかと思ってしまったようで、その旨を女性に伝えました。 そうすると「うちではそのような対応はしていない」とのこと。 私も妻にそういうもんだよと伝えました。問題はその後です。 女性は裏へ戻るや否やこちらに丸聞こえの声で「うちってドリンクとケーキ2人で頼んでセットなんてしてないよね？笑笑笑」と言っていたのです。 確認ではなく完全に人を落とすような言い方と笑い方でした。 たしかに私たちは客としては彼女らにとってはクラス感が違かったのかもしれませんが、私は人を落とすような発言が許せず妻の手を取り、すぐ女性のところへ行き、発言を指摘。退店しました。後にも先にもあんなに接客の向いていない人と出会...
