This incredible vegan feast is served lovingly and creatively by an incredible one-woman chef and proprietress!

reservations required in advance and can be made through the website or by Instagram message (I used Google translate for communication). She thoughtfully printed an English menu for us.

The price was ¥7000 per person plus tax and drink prices. once you see and taste the dishes, you will agree that it is an excellent value for an exceptional meal.

We had a 9-dish feast in a very private environment (only one other couple dined with us that day). Each dish was made with fresh seasonal and primarily locally-grown ingredients. Even the sodas were made with homemade syrups and ingredients. The preparation and creativity was superb. As I can tell from the photos, she rarely repeats dishes.

As other reviews have said, you must have a reservation but it’s worth the effort! I made our reservation through Instagram and it was super easy.

The food was by far the most delicious vegan food I have ever had. Each course took my palate on a new journey. The flavors were bold but not overpowering and just the right blend of various spices. None of the food was too “heavy” and each plate was the perfect amount.

Even if you are not vegan (I’m vegetarian and my husband is a meat eater) I still recommend going. She uses such great ingredients and doesn’t attempt to make something that it isn’t. For me, the flavors made this entire meal so worth it.

Seemed the dining area only served upto 2 tables or 6 people at max per night, and at the same starting time even with 2 parties 🕰️
