Tsukemen Sharaku — Restaurant in Kitanakagusuku

Located at the RYCOM MALL 3rd Floor!

Ordered their spicy tsukumen at a level 3, right at opening (10am), so it was not as loud as it usual is!

Broth was packed with flavor, was thick and attached to the flat noodles really well, as seen in video! My noodle preference is personally thick and flat! I was happy with my bowl! You can ask them to reheat your broth if you like. My noodles stayed pretty hot throughout the meal!

Not too fishy, strong umami flavor! I might select level 1 as my spice level next time!

Lime 🍋‍🟩 is a game changer! Love it when restaurants provide this!

Service and atmosphere are kind of n/a because this is in a food court of a mall.

I had the mazesoba. It was fine and good, but not so great that I’m tempted to go and get it again. I feel like there is room for improvement in the toppings. More non-meat items. Maybe an egg and some nori, even.

But all in all, a fine food option for a shopping...

My favorite type of broth! Happy it's so close to me now!! Level 2 spicy is the perfect blend of flavor and heat! Also, grab their fried chicken! I love adding it to my soup! Takes credit and yen. Menu in English...
