ガスト 北鈴蘭台店 — Restaurant in Kobe

Evening meal at this family restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Had the Hawaiian plate of the day which was diced steak with a lemon and olive oil dipping sauce, spicy french fries on spinach plus a salad soup an drink bar set. Steak was tender and could be cooked to one's desire on a small candle powered grilling plate. The french fries...not to my liking as the spicy descriptor relied on a sprinkling of curry powder which I found unpleasant. Chilli tomato sauce would have been MUCH better. The corn soup was OK but served half way through the meal and was cold. I enjoyed the tropical tea which I took with a splash of orange juice and the after meal cage a late. ここのガストは最悪。 食事中もでっかい声で厨房で喋ってるのが聞こえてくる。 高校生くらいの子が3人働いていましたが、3倍くらい頑張って動いてる背の小さな好青年が1人。後はだるそうにゆっくり歩く茶髪男女2人。無愛想。態度悪、、と思ったけど、店長？らしき人はもっと最悪。 セルフレジに並んでいる横でレジを使っていたが、知らん顔。何の挨拶もなし。 しかも、タブレット注文で最後に持ち帰りを頼んだが、渡されず知らん顔。 『食後に渡す』のボタンを押していたんだが。 一旦帰宅してしまい、また取りに戻ったが謝罪もなく、『あー、、持ち帰りのですよね？今から作るんで待ってもらえますか？』と。よくよく聞くと、食後に呼び出しボタンを押してないからまだ作ってないんで、、とのこと。 はい？！こちらの責任？？びっくり。 言い方の問題だけど。

それ、前もって持ち帰り頼む必要ある？ それなら呼び出して普通に作らせたら良い話。食後に持ち帰れるように前もって頼んだんだけど。 呆れていると明らかに反抗期の時の親への態度かのごとく、ウザ、ダル、、って伏し目がちに顔をそらされた。 帰りは好青年のみ平謝りで真摯に渡しにきた。彼も高校生くらいだろうに。罰ゲームみたいになってるやん。店長なんで出てこないの？ここは駄目だ。ガストは好きだけどここは2度といかないわ。下品すぎ。 文化祭じゃないんだよ。 ほんま気分悪かった...
