The profound exterior made me expected having a special time, and actually, they gave me more than I expected. The staff is kind and attentive. The bread is light and crispy, the dressing has perfect balance of sourness and saltiness, the house blend coffee is clear but has nice roasting aroma, and the cake is wonderful because of the brilliant fresh cream, especially their Mont Blanc is one of the best...

30年以上前から通っています。 高校の頃は受験勉強、大学時代も読書や勉強、社会人になってからもコンサートを聴きに行ったり、大切な友達を招待したり。子供が出来てからは子供と一緒に。 その都度、スタッフさんがとっても素敵で（これは西神も板宿も）仲良くなって話をしたりして。 で、子供が巣立ち、最近、久々に1人で伺いました、、ら、なんだか閑散としていて。 一階から二階に上がる時も挨拶はなく、二階カフェは誰もいない。 ガラーンとしていて、、寂しくなりながら席に座っても誰もホールにいない。 そこでテーブルにあったベルを鳴らすと、『あ、いらっしゃいませ』みたいな普通な感じでスタッフが来られた。 なんというのかスタッフもドライ。 モーニングを頼みました。 お楽しみは大好きなハウスブランドと抜群に美味しい食パン。 けど、、サラダもベーコンエッグも、あれ？こんなしょぼかった？？？ しかもパン、冷蔵庫の匂いついてパサパサやん。 珈琲に至っては、いつものハウスブレンドの味も香りも無し。えー、、なんで？？ そしておっきな声でスタッフが厨房に向かってなんか喋ってる。品無し。 めっちゃ残念でした。 BGMもいつも素敵なのがかかっていて、オーナーのこだわりが感じられる素敵なお店でした。いつ行っても満員で。 スタッフ教育は完璧で、明るくてあったかくて。

どうした？ 頑張ってほしい。 板宿の豆販売のお店の方は素敵なおばさまがパートでおられて、そこは好きなんだけど、、本店はもっといつも素敵でしたよね。
