Osteria Buco Bolognese — Restaurant in Kobe

Found this place by accident while walking along the shopping street near the train station. Definitely one of the best versions of bolognese I have ever had. Ordered the wagyu and kobe beef. We had the wagyu version topped off with a soft boiled egg (which was cooked perfectly). Beef was in small chunks and very tender. My partner who doesn't like bolognese pasta finished the whole plate by herself! And the plate wasn't small either. The Kobe beef version came in much bigger chunks (looked like whole shortribs) this was so tender that I could pull it apart with a fork and spoon with ease. The sauces from both pastas were very light and didn't have the sour tang you would get from a traditional tomato based sauce. The tiramisu was nice too. Definitely...

Great place to try Kobe beef with Pasta. Ordered the Pappardelle with Kobe beef in large. The flavour was just right and enjoyable, not too overwhelming, and the meat was perfect.
