Shin's Burger — Restaurant in Kobe

Any of my followers will notice that I very, very, rarely give a 5 Star rating. But this place really is a hidden gem. Shin, the owner, is a lovely, friendly, and warm gentleman. The place is very cool and the decor reflects this. They have awesome AWESOME food. They have some board games you can play whilst you are here. If you are a tourist? Please bring a gift from your home town for Shin. But either way...if you are in Kobe, you need to make time for lunch here. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Great burgers served here since 2009! But what really sets this place apart from other burger joints are the sides. The coleslaw is great, the chili fries are tasty, and chowder is available as well. There is an interesting variety of affordably priced burgers to choose from, of course, as well as a large variety of drinks. We went during lunch time. The shop is nice, it looks like a decorated house kitchen. I like the atmosphere. However, the burger is not that good. I was disappointed!
