Run by a husband-and-wife duo who have built everything with their own hands—literally—the space feels deeply personal and effortlessly chic. From the roasting of beans to the perfect pull of an espresso, they do it all with heart and precision.

The interior is small, with just enough space for ten people inside and a few more outdoors, but every detail is thoughtful. The theme of 鈍色 (a muted, refined grey) flows through the design—soft concrete textures, gentle lighting, and a quiet minimalism that makes you breathe a little slower.

Such an amazing cafe. I tried two kinds of hand drip coffee, and both bean varieties were absolutely phenomenal. The method of brewing the coffee reminds me of various world champion baristas’ methods as it involves multiple pours and just the right amount of agitation of the coffee grounds. Because of the execution, each coffee was fully expressed and delicious. Great job!!

my fav shop in Kochi, it’s aesthetic and like an industrial decoration inside. but the fact is shortcakes and lemonade are a must try item for sure bc it’s so so good and I just vibe this shop so much
