Phoenix Burger — Restaurant in Kochi

My very first meal on the day of my 1-year anniversary since first arriving and living in Japan. Also my first time at the restaurant after another colleague mentioned this place. I think I was also their first customer on this very day 😅 since I arrived a little bit after they opened. It’s not only has the best burgers I’ve tasted in Japan, but probably one of the best in my lifetime. The crispy and toasted bun is delicious with the burger, not to mention the size of the burger is great. The service is very good and friendly. Their menu is short but pure quality, with several burger variations. My favorite is the Bacon Cheeseburger set (¥1,100), which doesn’t so much include ‘bacon’ as ‘thick, smoky slabs of pork bursting with flavor’, along with sliced potatoes and soup. Burger was huge but manageable.
