The park is part of Kochi Castle, and was very nice and spacious. There is a volunteer right as you enter who will show you around in English. I also saw Korean. She was very nice and told me about the park, the grounds, and even a little history! It was very fun. She also said that during pre-Rona times, people would sit in the park at night and drink.
