(English below) 馬見丘陵公園の北エリアにあるカフェです。北駐車場に隣接しています。カフェとレストランが併設されています。あまり座席は多くないのですが、カフェを利用する方の大半がドリンクだけ購入して外で飲んでいるようでした。ジェラートも扱っているようなので、暑い日には最高です。 --------------------------------------- The cafe is located in the north area of Umami Hillside Park. It is adjacent to the north parking lot. It has both a cafe and a restaurant. There are not many seats, but most of the people using the cafe seemed to just buy drinks and drink them outside. They also seem to offer gelato, which is great on a hot day.

厚さ10㎜の銅版で焼き上げるしゅわしゅわパンケーキ🥞 ●イチジク＆生クリーム(1000円) ●ふわとろパンケーキ　メープル&生クリーム(1000円) 奈良県営 馬見丘陵公園(@uma9_chuwapark )北エリアにあるカフェ。 スイーツ系パンケーキだけでなく、お食事系パンケーキなど、バリエーション豊かなメニューを楽しめます。 こだわりパンケーキは製菓用の高級小麦粉に牛乳を煮詰めて作るミルクコンフィチュールを練り込んでいます。 牛乳ではなく豆乳とヨーグルト バターの代わりに太白ごま油を使用しているのでちょっとヘルシーなのも嬉しい😍 10㎜の厚みのある銅版を使って弱火でじっくり焼き上げているので 仕上がりはふっくら。 表面はこんがりきつね色、中心はほどよく気泡を含んでプルップル！ めちゃくちゃ美味しい😍

昼食に トマト&バジルのｶﾌﾟﾚｰｾﾞ ｽﾊﾟｹﾞｯﾃｨを頂きました パスタは食感よく トマトソースは 酸味が程よく効き 旨味もありました またバシルとの相性も風味もヨク ソコソコ美味しかったです 建物の二面のガラス張りは 店内を自然光の ソフトな明るさで包み お洒落な雰囲気の中で 食事を楽しむコトが出来ます でも今日は残念なコトに一人での食事です やはりこの様な場所には グループとか アベックが似合います 案の定 周りを見渡せば ヤハリ・・・ 次に来るときは 嫁か娘とランチします とは言っても 来てくれるモノか...
