Starbucks Coffee - Shinkoshigaya VARIE — Restaurant in Koshigaya

I really don't want to make a review on this because to be honest this is a nice Starbucks's branch. Excellent coffee and nice staff except today. The old woman with a short hair and black glass is really terrible when it comes in customer service. I ordered my coffee and then when I'm about to get my order, I showed her my receipt because usually they ask for it to check if they got the order correctly. I showed her and then with a strict and irritated voice she said "We don't need your receipt please bring it with you." while removing the small bin in which receipt should go in case you don't need the receipt. The drip coffee here is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of specialty drinks, but the monthly theme frappuccinos all seem to sell out quickly.

Starbucks also offers decaf espresso (but it'll cost you +50 yen 😕).

This particular Starbucks is a commuter café and doesn't have many comfortable chairs and it's overall a bit small.

受け取り時に 思わず「大丈夫ですか？」と尋ねると、 「はい！豆乳変更でお間違いないですね！」とずれた回答をいただきました。

今回は何故かシロップが沈んでいましたし、 以前にも、カスタムを間違えられました。 その時はシステムのせいにされました。客のアプリと店頭でトッピングの表示名が違うからこちらのミスではないと言われました。バナナアレルギーのため飲めませんでした。

その時は分かりにくいオーダーをモバイルでしてしまった自分が悪いと思いましたが…

今回のことで二度と行きたくないと思いました。
