熊本県熊本市東区長嶺南3-1-102にある【支那そば 北熊 長嶺店】さんにお邪魔です。 駐車場はお店の前に数台駐車出来ますよ。 店内はカウンター席のみで比較小さいお店なんですぐにいっぱいになります！ オーダー ・北熊支那そば→800円 ・麺の大盛り→150円 ※価格は税込価格です。 卓上にはキュウリの漬物が無料で頂けますよ。キュウリを食べながら気付いたんですが、ランチタイムにはAセット餃子付き980円とBセット餃子と小ライス付き1050円があるのに気付いてしまったがもうラーメンが出来上がりそうでしたので、そのままにしました！笑 ◯スープ 背脂が効いた豚骨スープは甘味と深みを感じるスープで、背脂は少し少なめでもいいかな！ ◯麺 太めで、コシとツルっとした喉越しの麺は良くこのラーメンに合ってます！ ◯具材 メンマ、青ネギ、チャーシューとシンプルです。 この間、北熊の話になって久しぶりに訪問したいと思って来ましたが、好みは分かれると思いますがたまに食べたくなる美味しいラーメンです！ご馳走様でした！

札幌支那そばが食べたくていつもは本店ですが、近くの当店にお邪魔しました。 🔴札幌支那そば900円 北熊の背脂、マイルドなスープに、特製味噌を配合して、もやし野菜炒めをたっぷりに仕上がった札幌支那そばは、美味しい😀 しかし、本日は、塩味が強く感じて、もう少し、マイルドなスープが良いなと感じました。一緒に注文した北熊支那そばのスープの方が優しくて今日の私にはマッチしてました。🤗 🔴北熊支那そば（小）700円 麺が半分くらいで、焼豚が1枚、メンマ6切れくらい、ネギの具が入っていました。 あまりお得感はありません。 体調によって感じ方が変わりますね。でもやっぱり、北熊支那そばが一番かな🥰 ご馳走様でした。🙇‍♀️
