I ordered the basic tsukemen. When you sit at the counter you gave staff the coupon. They will ask you whether you want 200g or 250g of noodle. In the photo it’s 250g. This is by far the most delicious tsukemen I’ve ever had in Japan in these few years. The soup was not too thick/salty that you can still sip it. But it flavourful enough to glaze the noodle. The noodle itself was also very very nice. A lil bit chewy but it’s the perfect texture for tsukemen. I’m so so impressed. And I was lucky that there was no queue before I got in so I didn’t wait long for the food. After that a lot of ppl came in and I saw they waited for the food for quite some times as the staff made the noodle dish by dish. Super recommend if you visit Kumamoto. And come early.

I really enjoyed the slice of chicken and I thought the pork slice was just okay. 350 grams of noodles might be a bit much, next time I would opt for 300 grams maybe. Thank you for the meal.

『ラーメン、つけ麺、僕イケメン❣️』 狩野英孝さんのつまらないギャグが流行った頃がつけ麺の流行の始まりだろうか？

つけ麺の経験値が低い私は、今までラーメンの亜種に過ぎないとさえ思っていた。 油そばも然りだ。

何時も昼時は店前に行列のこのお店にオープン前の11時に到着して駐車場で待機。 流石人気店、オープン時は行列

カウンター越しにトレーに乗せられた主役が目の前に❣️ トレーがまるでアカデミー賞のレッドカーペットに見える🤪 堂々たる姿だ❣️

つけ麺大盛り！たまご、豚チャーシュートッピング！ プラスご飯😛

極太の縮れ麺は啜り上げると尻尾を振って暴れ出す昇龍！ 飛び散る汁！ 口の中に登って来た麺は直ぐにいっぱいになり、その存在感はやはり主役だ。

『うめ〜❣️』 隣りの若者を気にせず、飛び出してしまう歓喜の声😛

このつけ汁！只者では無い❣️ 主役を支える名脇役😛 寅さん映画の笠智衆❣️

極太の縮れ麺の大盛りは、私のお腹をかなり膨張させたが、締めは残ったつけ汁にご飯をぶっ込む。 かき混ぜ、かき混ぜ、どんぶり抱えて大口開けて流し込む❣️

『たまら〜ん🤭』 意識が自分勝手に空を飛ぶ。

調べてみるとつけ麺の始まりは1955年頃らしい。 私より年上だった。 ラーメンの亜種なんて言ってごめんなさい😃
