Ajisen Ramen (Flagship) — Restaurant in Kumamoto

A decent ramen shop with a good selection. I had Ajisen Black Tonkotsu Ramen with firm noodles. The noodles were very soft and the flavor was pretty weak. After I finished my noodles I still had a good portion of soup left. I tried to order another noodle but was told they would only give me more noodles if I order a whole other ramen. This is wild!!!! How am I not able to purchase another order of noodles! Crazy. Instead they told me to order rice and pour it into the soup. Won't come back again.

I specifically asked for the largest size with extra noodles and for them to be very firm. They were not enough noodles and were so soft. Owner replied to this comment 11 months after the fact essentially saying that they have no intention of offering something as simple as the ability to order a second...
