In the restaurant, you order through a tablet. I had just finished ordering and the food was out in less than 2 minutes. Fastest food service that I’ve had in Japan. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen. This ramen was made to perfection. Best ramen that I’ve had in Japan so far. The broth was rich and creamy, and not too salty like other places. The pork was super tender that it melts in your mouth.

This noodle restaurant was one of the popular ones worldwide. It could be found after watching the trees near the government building. The yard in front of the shop allowed short time parking. There were two kinds of sitting arrangements: western style with chairs and Japanese style on tatami. The food was the same as the other shops overseas. Quality was unquestionable.

A very spacious ramen shop with friendly staffs. It is also a walking distance from Luffy's Statue from One Piece. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and I really loved it. Would love to comeback someday and try the other foods from the menu.

Came here for lunch because it is the flagship store for Ajisen Ramen from Kumamoto! Short walking distance from One Piece Luffy statue. Serve delicious ramen and sell some exclusive merchandising items at the counter.

Good old Ajisen ramen did not disappointment. The hearty broth pairs well with the al dente ramen. The karaage was well seasoned, and the fried rice packed a salty but umami punch.

先日放送の2023熊本ラーメン総選挙を見て、久しぶりに二位だった味千ラーメン本店で、ラーメン🍜とチャーハン(それぞれ単品注文)をいただきました🍴🙏 もう40年近く味千の各店舗でお金がない時は22日の感謝デー(200円の時から)お世話になってきたラーメン屋さんです❗ 味千ラーメン➡️固めにネギトッピングでいただきました。以前からの安定な味付けは、いうまでになく🌟4(あくまでも他のラーメンと比較した評価ではありません) チャーハン➡️パラパラ感はあるものの、ラーメンとチャーハンなら本店でと言う味にはほど遠く(ちょっと味が落ちたのか❓️、作る人の調味料の加減が違ったのか❓️)🌟3 餃子➡️おそらく各店舗への工場からの直送品なのか❓️🌟3 一様、食品ロスには気を遣ってますので、単品チャーハンのスープは(ラーメンがあるので不要)の申し出を定員さんにしましたが、ガッツリついてきましたので、無理して食べました😅 感謝デーの翌日(日曜の夕方)でしたが、お客さんも多く、やはり熊本のソールフードでしょう❗賑わってました。
