Gootarian — Restaurant in Kumamoto

Loved our stay. The couple who run Gootarian are so welcoming and fun! There whenever you need them and we had a great time with them drinking beers at the bar on a Friday night. The rooms and the place are so creative and like nowhere you will have ever stayed before! This is a bit out of Kumamoto but the transport links (bus, train, tram) are so easy and there are nice places to eat nearby (West Udon Noodle)....

Absolutely excellent service and hospitality. I will be visiting Kumamoto again and half of the reason will be because of this guest house. They have a unique understanding of foreign visitors that is both welcoming and heart warming.

The hosts were super cool and friendly and I had fun talking to them. The decorations are fun as well and I wish I had the chance to stay more than one night, it would've been a great place to stay for a full week. Next time I'm in Kumamoto I'll be...
