The miso ramen I had was absolutely delicious. I opted for the spicy version, and it truly left a strong impression on me. The soup was rich and flavorful, perfectly capturing the essence of miso. We drove by this place by chance at 2pm and there was a long queue - so we thought this is worth a try.

I had the spicy ramen - a lot of heat but could still taste the concentrated miso soup base. The rest of the party had the original ramen and also the seasonal prawn soup base ramen.

で、欲しくなるのが 『🍜味噌ラーメン🍥』(　＾∀＾)♡

と、言う事で 来店です。

駐車場は R3(国道3号線)からお店敷地内に入って 店舗を半円で囲む様な形で設置。 (10台以上は停めれると記憶します)

昼間 来店客も多いので 店先に設置の「✏️エントリーノート」に 一筆入れて暫く順番待ち。

5分位して フロアースタッフさんより 案内され入店しました。

店内は 左手にカウンター席。 右手にテーブル席の配置。

今回のオーダーは ●味玉旨辛味噌ラーメン ●餃子(3個)

それと 忘れてならない 「🍺大人の麦汁」(^o^)♡

このお店は 「Thermos社製」の 🥤タンブラーで出してくれるので いつまでも、冷えた🍺ビールを 楽しめます(^ー^)🎵

テーブル上には ・生すりおろしショウガ ・生すりおろしニンニク ・ゴマ ・山椒 ・一味唐辛子 など「味変要素」が豊富に設置。

暫くして 🍜着丼です。(　＾▽＾)

「ゴマ」と「一味唐辛子」を "適量"回し掛けて 先ずはスープより…一口。😌

「はい💡旨い」と 思わず口角が上がります( 〃▽〃)

縮れ麺が スープに良く絡み 熱々の味噌スープを 口内に運んくれます(^o^)

・味玉の濃厚加減。 ・チャーシューのホロホロ加減。 どれも"心憎い演出"です(^ー^)♡

餃子も 🍜味噌ラーメンに "盛って食べる派"なので 🍜味噌スープと 焼き餃子とのマリアージュも善し💡

寒い時期に 一度、ご賞味あれ＼(^_^)／
