こちらの珈琲とホットケーキは大変お気に入りでした。店員さんも素晴らしい応対なので今回も期待してました。 全く裏切られました。 ランチタイムにお邪魔してサンドイッチとナポリタンのセットをブレンドで注文しました。 ブレンドは、ナポリタンは後でサンドイッチは同時にとお願いしましたが、恐ろしくぬるいブレンドが先に来て、サンドイッチはなかなか来ませんでした。普通同時に持ってくるでしょ？ サラダ用にスプーンが付いてきました、フォークやろ？(笑) 男性店員も目が合ってるのに来てくれないし、以前の接客の女性は、お席の誘導から注文の気付きからサービスまで素晴らしかったです。 ナポリタンのブレンドが唯一美味しかったのが救いです。 二人で3000円近く支払ってなんだかがっかりしました...

ちゃんとした珈琲が飲みたくて入ったのだけど…愛想も覇気も無いホール担当に、待たせられている間からウンザリ。席が開いてるのに客を入れず、当たり前のように長く待たすのはお店の方針ですか？買い物疲れの休憩に立ち寄る人が多いと思うんですけどね？ フランチャイジーで運営は独自にやっているんでしょうか？地域担当のマネージャー(いるならですけど)、イオンのサービス改善の担当者(いるならですけど)…何とかした方が良いんじゃないですか？場所柄売上はあるでしょうし、潰れる(撤退する)こと...
