Kuroishi Yakisoba Specialty Shop "Suzunoya" — Restaurant in Kuroishi

Yakisoba is one of the most famous Japanese dishes and there are different versions throughout Japan.

I was so excited to try the Kuroishi Specialty Yakisoba and it didn't disappoint!

The prices are really affordable, I believe my dish was around 400 yen. There is also hot and cold water that you can refill yourself.

Do not worry if you can't speak Japanese, because they have an English menu on the wall with explanations.

Also, if you wish to know the local dialect, they have those explanations too! Why not learn some...

Great yakisoba. I tried 2-in-1 which is 1.5 portions. After eating around half of it, then pour broth into the remaining noodles and enjoy it. In expensive. English menu and instruction...

青森から弘前に向かう途中で、お昼は黒石まで移動して、黒石焼きそばか汁焼きそばかを食べようかと。

んで、事前に入手したパンフレットに「すずのや」さんというお店が載っていたので、こちらを利用してみました。

土曜日のお昼ピーク過ぎの13時ちょい過ぎに入店で、先客は一組、んで私たちのあとも一組入店でした。なので、普通の週末であれば13時過ぎれば待たずに入れるかと。

んで、『化け焼きそば』(800円)というメニューがあり。最初は黒石焼きそば、途中からだし汁をかけて汁焼きそばに変えられる、というのがあり。迷いなく、こちらを選択しました。

石黒焼きそばは平麺かつ太麺の特徴ある麺で。って正直言って、味自体は普通かな？

で、汁焼きそばの方は、ソース味の汁そばと言う未だかつて体験したことのない組み合わせで。

だし汁のみで味見したら、和風なんだけど濃いめなので、これだけで麺につけたら美味しいよな〜というお出汁で。

これがソース味の焼きそばの酸味によく合う！これはこれでありな品だな。

なので、汁焼きそばのほうでお腹いっぱい食べたかった、と...
